The Setup and Teardown Team serves faithfully behind the scenes to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who attends our Sunday Gathering and are the first to arrive and last to leave. The vision of the Facilities Team is to create an intentional space for people to feel welcomed and cared for when they walk into Grace City.
Volunteers on our Cafe Team provide a place for people to connect over a cup of coffee during Sunday gatherings. They setup and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and snacks so that there is something for everyone. The vision of the Cafe Team is to practice radical hospitality, provide a comfortable environment, and build community over food and drink like Jesus did.
Volunteers on our Connections Team are some of the first people our guests come in contact with on Sunday mornings. They greet people as they arrive and make sure first time visitors get acquainted with the campus. The vision of the Connections Team is to warmly welcome and accept everyone into our church family, just as Jesus has welcomed us into his family.
Volunteers on the Production Team keep things running smoothly during our Sunday gatherings by setting up for services and events, running the lighting and sound booth, and managing slides. The vision of the Production Team is to provide a service that is simple, clear, and on point so people can connect with Jesus without any distractions.
Volunteers on our Creative Team use their skills in photography, videography, graphic design, social media, and copywriting to communicate within and beyond our church. The vision of the Media Team is to transparently share the Gospel, publicly give praise to all that God’s done, and reach people right where they are through the creative gifts that God has given us.
Volunteers in our Kids Ministry (newborn – 5th grade) shepherd and care for our kids during Sunday gatherings. They check in kids, lead classrooms, provide assistance to classroom teachers and care for the little ones. All Kids Ministry volunteers must submit an online background check. The vision of the Kids Ministry is to shape how our kids view Jesus and his church, instill the Gospel in our kids to shape their future, and raise kids who will be future pastors, elders, and leaders of the church.
