Now that you’ve completed the training videos, please make sure to complete the following action items:

  1. City Group Leader Application: All new leaders are required to fill out this application. Applications will be reviewed by staff and the City Groups Coordinator.
  2. City Group Information Sheet: Once you have been approved to lead a City Group, please fill out this form to help you think through the details of your group and so that we have the information to post on our website.
  3. Personal Reference: This document must be completed by someone who endorses you as a City Group Leader candidate.
