Now that you’ve completed the training videos, please make sure to complete the following action items:
- City Group Leader Application: All new leaders are required to fill out this application. Applications will be reviewed by staff and the City Groups Coordinator.
- City Group Information Sheet: Once you have been approved to lead a City Group, please fill out this form to help you think through the details of your group and so that we have the information to post on our website.
- Personal Reference: This document must be completed by someone who endorses you as a City Group Leader candidate.
